Easy scheduling of weekly online BCBA meetings conducted through video-conference technology. Our effective supervision model is designed to improve and maintain the behavior-analytic, professional, and ethical repertoires of our trainees and facilitate the delivery of high-quality services to the trainee's clients. BCBA Supervisors guide the development of behavioral case conceptualization, problem-solving, and decision-making repertoires for trainees.

Concentrated Supervision

Another option for BCBA Trainees, is to upgrade to Concentrated Fieldwork Supervision. This allows you to quickly complete all of your hours within 12-months (instead of 16 months).Concentrated Supervised Fieldwork provides a pathway for individuals to complete their fieldwork in fewer hours and with more supervision thanSupervised Fieldwork. 10% of your 130 hours each month are supervised (13 hours of BCBA supervision each month).Choose this option.

In alignment with the BACB Experience Standards, our trainees are observed working with a client in the natural environment during each supervisory period. The observation is conducted using recorded videos which are reviewed by the BCBA Supervisor during individual supervision meetings and meaningful feedback is provided.

Commitment Free

Instant Supervisor is a month-to-month subscription. Trainees are under no obligation to complete the entirety of their supervision hours with us. In fact, we encourage our trainees to work with a variety of different BCBA Supervisors during the course of their experience. Trainees may cancel their subscription at anytime and end their supervision. We will then diligently ensure that all of your final verification documents are signed before you go.
